Averitt Express is seeking a CDL-A dedicated local truck driver to deliver building materials within a 300-mile radius of Greensboro, NC. You will mostly be home daily with a Monday to Friday schedule and no weekends, working 10–12 hours per day starting early morning.

Earn an average of $1,250 weekly (~$65,000 yearly) with paid time off, holiday pay, competitive benefits, and retirement plan. Trainees must have 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience and a valid Class A CDL.

Qualifications

• Must live within a 75-mile radius of Greensboro, NC.
• Must have 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience within the past 3 years.
• Must have a Class A CDL and be 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Load freight (up to 80 lbs) and unload freight.
• Move freight and secure loads with chains and hardware.
• Perform pre-trip inspections and drive the flatbed trailer.
