Job summary

Overhaul Carriers Ltd. is hiring CDL Class A drivers for a home-daily flatbed account. Candidates need 12 months of experience with 6 months in flatbed, with a weekly pay of $1,000 to $1,540 and a $3,000 sign-on bonus. Home daily, six days per week, 8pm–6am, shuttle work. Pre/post trip inspections and accurate logs are required.

DOT drug screen and clean MVR are mandatory. Violations and terminations within specified windows disqualify applicants. Company operates under FMCSA/DOT authority.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A license.
• Clean motor vehicle record and background checks.
• Ability to pass a DOT drug screen (Urine and Hair Follicle Test).
• Moving Violations: No more than 3 in the last 3 years.
• No Careless/Negligent Driving Violations in the past 3 years.
• No Reckless Driving Violations in the past 5 years.
• No more than 3 preventable accidents in a CMV in the past 3 years.
• Terminations within the last year are a DQ.
• No Felonies in the past 7 years; No more than 2 misdemeanors in the past 7 years.
• DUI/DWI: less than 5 years does not qualify; No more than 2 DUIs in a lifetime.

Responsibilities

• Complete pre trip and post trip inspections and deliver freight on time.
• Maintain accurate logs and trip documentation and communicate clearly with dispatch and driver managers.
