Job summary

Sysco is seeking Delivery Drivers to transport and deliver products to customers, safely loading and unloading as required. You will operate tractor-trailers, handle paperwork, and ensure food safety and accuracy of deliveries.

Requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid Class A CDL, and the ability to communicate in English. The role involves overnight schedules, weekends, and overtime with a focus on excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent required; one year of tractor trailer driving experience preferred.
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
• Ability to read and speak English sufficiently to communicate and complete reports.
• Safe lifting and delivery practices.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and unload product to customers following invoices and company standards.
• Drive tractor-trailer routes and manage deliveries in all weather.
• Complete DOT logs, vehicle maintenance reports, and post-trip inspections accurately.
• Develop and maintain good customer relationships through dependable service.
