Job summary

The role requires a valid CDL Class A, adherence to DOT regulations, and a proven safe driving record. High school education or equivalent is required, with 2 years of tractor/trailer experience

Qualifications

• CDL Class A with endorsements and a good driving record.
• DOT medical certification is required.
• High school education or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor/trailer experience.
• Knowledge of Part 49 CFR and trucking regulations.
• Effective oral communication and safe driving practices.

Responsibilities

• Operate tractor/trailer safely and efficiently to Crescent customers.
• Deliver to customers on schedule and maintain professional conduct.
• Report vehicle issues, defects, and any overages or shortages as needed.
• Perform preventative maintenance checks and keep equipment in good working order.
• Promote a respectful, safe, and compliant work environment.
