Job summary

Shaw Industries in Dalton, GA is seeking a Local Driver - Plant IT to safely and efficiently move trailers within Distribution Centers. This position operates out of Dalton, GA and follows a Tuesday–Friday 7:00 pm–5:00 am shift.

Hourly pay is $25.66 with a Driver Safety Incentive. Candidates must hold a valid Class A CDL, have a clean driving record for 3 years, be able to read and write, be at least 24, and meet all DOT requirements, including climbing in and out of the tractor.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Class A CDL.
• Satisfactory driving record for 3 years.
• Able to read and write.
• Must be at least 24 years of age.
• Must meet all DOT requirements.
• Must be able to climb in and out of tractor.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently move trailers within Distribution Centers.
• Operate from Dalton, GA location.
• Follow shift schedule: 10 hour non-rotating shift, Tue–Fri 7:00 pm–5:00 am.
• Comply with DOT requirements and safety standards.
