Job summary

Herman N Logistics is looking for experienced Class A CDL drivers to operate a Lidl-based local fleet in Fredericksburg, VA. You will load and unload with an electric pallet jack, deliver across Virginia and Maryland, and be home every day.

Night shift is currently available; expect about 1,300 miles per week with 5-day weeks, weekends required, and automatic transmission 53' trailers. Daily commuting with a personal vehicle to the Lidl facility is expected.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• Minimum 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience.
• No SAP Drivers.
• Clean driving record.
• DOT Medical card.
• Able to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Drive local routes throughout Virginia and Maryland.
• Load and unload trailers using an electric pallet jack.
• Deliver and reload returns to the distribution center.
• Stay on night shift with home daily schedule.

Pay

• Average $1,671 per week
• Average $86,892 per year
• Top drivers earn up to $1,735 per week
