Herman N Logistics is hiring experienced CDL-A drivers for a Kroger account in the Denver metro area. You will deliver to familiar grocery locations on predictable regional routes with daily home time.

This role offers competitive pay, steady schedules, and no-touch freight on mostly drop-and-hook loads between Colorado stores and Cheyenne, WY. Night and weekend shifts may apply, with safety as a focus.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with at least 3 months of verifiable experience.
• Clean driving record and DOT Medical card.
• Ability to work weekends.
• Operates in Denver metro region & Colorado/Wyoming routes.

We are hiring experienced CDL-A drivers for a dedicated Kroger account in the Denver metro area. Earn competitive pay while delivering to familiar grocery locations on predictable regional routes, with daily home time.

Pay & Earnings

• Average weekly pay: $1,625


• Top weekly pay: $1,650


• Average annualized pay: $84,500


• Top annualized pay: $85,800


• Pay per mile plus safe and on-time mileage bonuses

Schedule & Home Time

• Home daily


• Work 6 days followed by 2 days off


• 24/7 operation with night, evening, and early-morning shifts


• Schedules vary; set start times are not guaranteed


• Occasional overnight runs during surge periods


• Some routes may include short mountain runs

Route & Freight

• Loads begin at the Kroger Distribution Center in Aurora, Colorado


• Deliveries to King Soopers grocery stores throughout Colorado and Cheyenne, Wyoming


• Approximately 1,700 miles per week


• Typically 1–3 loads per day and around 13 stops per week


• Live unload and drop-and-hook freight; no-touch freight

Equipment

• New 2025-model trucks with automatic transmissions


• Trucks must be parked at the Kroger facility and cannot be taken home

Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL


• Minimum 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience


• No SAP Drivers


• Clean driving record


• DOT Medical card


• Able to work weekends
