This role requires a valid CDL A, a tanker endorsement, at least two years of commercial driving, and the ability to handle early starts and long days in various weather.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A license required.
• Tank endorsement required.
• Minimum 2 years of commercial driving experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Acceptable driving record.
• Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmissions.

Responsibilities

• Transport non-hazardous materials safely between facilities and customer sites while following DOT regulations and company safety standards.
• Operate walking floor trailers and tanker equipment, with future exposure to roll-off trucks.
• Perform pre trip and post trip inspections to ensure equipment is safe and compliant.
• Load, unload, and manage materials in accordance with operational procedures.
• Complete required paperwork such as manifests, logs, inspection reports, and delivery documentation.
• Ensure proper placarding and compliance with all transportation regulations.
• Maintain clear communication with dispatch, customers, and internal teams regarding routes, delays, and delivery status.
• Follow assigned routes and schedules, including early morning start times and extended workdays.
• Operate vehicles safely in all weather and road conditions.
