Job summary

Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc. in Eagle Grove, IA, is seeking a local CDL driver to safely operate company vehicles on domestic routes and deliver products to customers. Home every evening and most weekends, with newer, well-maintained equipment and company-paid uniforms.

Valid Class A CDL and at least 21 years old are required; DOT physical and drug testing must be passed. Zero experience accepted, with one year preferred. ADS provides extensive benefits and a values-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Entry level drivers accepted; zero experience required.
• One-year verifiable driving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company equipment.
• Report BOL discrepancies.
• Unload at delivery destination and place product as requested by customer.
• Maintain daily trip paperwork (trip envelope, RMAs).
• Keep vehicle clean and in good condition; follow safety policies.
• Ensure loads are secured and perform pre/post trip inspections.
