Job summary

CRH is looking for a responsible individual to handle the pickup and offloading of palletized products using a flatbed in Berwyn, Illinois. The successful candidate will have a current CDL A license and a clean MVR. This role involves local deliveries with the benefit of being home every night.

Candidates must demonstrate safe operation of trailers and have at least 2 years of experience driving with a CDL A license. Competitive base pay between $30 and $32 is offered along with various benefits including health insurance and a retirement savings program.

Qualifications

• Must have a current clean MVR.
• Experience in operating a tractor-trailer.
• Ability to perform pre-trip inspections.

Responsibilities

• Transport materials to job site safely.
• Receive invoices and directions from dispatcher.
• Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections.
• Operate vehicle according to regulations.
• Monitor equipment operations and report issues.

Skills

CDL A license

Forklift certification

Safe operation of gas-powered delivery trailer
