Job summary

Ryder is hiring a Class A CDL Truck Driver in Nashville, TN with local home daily routes, weekly pay, and comprehensive benefits. You will drive day cab tractors, handle 53' dry vans, and serve auto parts customers across TN and neighboring states.

The role includes a guaranteed weekly pay, potential bonuses, paid training, and a structured schedule (Mon-Fri or Tue-Sat). Training on equipment and safety is provided, with strong backing and career growth opportunities within Ryder.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to pass Ryder Drug Test.
• Ability to pass Ryder Background check and motor vehicle records review.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical.
• Ability to pass a Ryder road test.
• Must have Class A verifiable experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with federal/state laws, regulations and guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records and logs.
• Load/unload freight if required by customer.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
