Job summary

You'll be eligible for bonuses including a $2000 shutdown bonus, sign-on bonuses at 30 and 90 days, safety bonuses, PTO from day one, uniforms and boot allowance, and a 401(k) with company match. Must have valid CDL-A and meet DOT requirements.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid CDL A license and endorsements for the position.
• Minimum 9 months experience in the past 3 years, or 2 years in the last 5 years, or 5 years in the last 10 years.
• Pass Ryder drug test, background and motor vehicle check including DOT verification for last 3 years, and DOT physical.
• Pass Ryder road test and provide appropriate CDL documents.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with applicable federal/state laws and company rules.
• Detect and mitigate safety hazards; maintain accurate records and logs.
• Load/unload freight if required by customer and assist when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
