Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. in Suwanee, GA is hiring a Class A CDL Truck Driver for local, home-daily routes with a Monday–Friday schedule.

Starting pay includes a $1300 weekly guarantee with potential to earn more, plus comprehensive benefits after 30 days. You will operate modern straight trucks and day cabs, with equipment including pallet jack and lift gate, and you will be responsible for safe, compliant delivery to GA customers.

Qualifications

• Must have Class A CDL with verifiable tractor-trailer experience.
• Pass Ryder drug test and background check, including DOT physical.
• Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions and read/interpret policies.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring compliance with applicable federal/state laws and Ryder guidelines.
• Detecting and eliminating safety hazards; maintaining accurate logs and records.
• Loading/unloading freight when required by customer.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
