Ryder System, Inc. in Indianapolis, IN is hiring a Class A CDL Truck Driver for local routes with a home daily schedule. Expect 25 hours per week, Thursday–Saturday with start times around 1:30 AM.

Trucks are Day Cab with Dry Van 53' trailers; rolling racks and carts are used, with no-touch freight on US Mail routes. Ryder provides paid training and weekly pay. Eligible drivers earn weekly pay from $706 to $860+, with hourly base pay of $28.70 plus a $6.16 hourly H&W stipend.

Qualifications

• Must have a Class A CDL with endorsements as required.
• 9 months to 5 years of verifiable tractor-trailer experience per listings.
• Must pass Ryder drug, background, and DOT screenings.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with federal/state laws, regulations, and safety standards.
• Detect and mitigate safety hazards; maintain accurate logs.
• Load/unload freight as required by customer.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
