Job summary

Staffmark is hiring a Local Class A Driver in Ashland, TN. You will operate a Class A tractor-trailer with Dry Van equipment, delivering OEM automotive parts locally and ensuring on-time, safe delivery.

Role requires a valid CDL-A, DOT Medical Card, FMCSA Clearinghouse registration and a clean MVR, plus at least one year of CDL experience. Weekly pay and comprehensive benefits are provided by Staffmark.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL-A license.
• DOT Medical Card.
• FMCSA Clearinghouse registered and clear MVR.
• 1 year CDL experience (within the past 3 years).
• No DUI, reckless driving, or serious violations (within the past 5 years).

Responsibilities

• Operate a Class A tractor-trailer with Dry Van equipment.
• Transport OEM automotive parts to local destinations.
• Ensure freight is delivered safely and on time.
• Perform vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns.
• Maintain accurate logs and transportation documentation.
• Follow all company safety policies and DOT regulations.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers.
• Monitor load security throughout transportation.
