Job summary

Class A Jobs 411 is seeking a local CDL-A driver for a Hartford, CT route. This position offers daily home time with a Monday–Friday schedule and approximately 2,300 miles per week on a consistent round-trip lane between Hartford and Philadelphia.

The role features a first-year pay structure including an average weekly pay of $1,366, with potential overtime and a $500 new-hire bonus. You will handle dry van freight, perform load securement, and may assist with live loading in Philadelphia while

Qualifications

Valid Class A CDL.
Minimum 6 months recent tractor-trailer experience.
Must be able to secure loads using wood and nails.
Able to perform live loading in Philadelphia when required.
Must be within ~30 miles of Hartford, CT and able to work afternoon/overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

Operate a consistent round-trip local route between Hartford, CT and Philadelphia, PA.
Perform load securement and basic securement duties when required.
Handle dry van freight with no unload responsibility.
Work a Monday–Friday schedule with home daily.
Maintain safety and compliance with PrePass and electronic logs.
