Job summary

CXI Trucking in Melrose Park, IL is seeking a CDL Class A Truck Driver for day shifts on a local pick-up and delivery route. The role offers home daily and every weekend, with a 7:00am start and $30.50/hr compensation. Hazmat and Tankers endorsements are required at the time of application, and overtime is paid.

Qualified candidates should have 2–3 years of CDL experience, a clean MVR, and the brakes endorsement. Medical/dental/401K benefits are provided, and the position is full time.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 23 years old.
• 2–3 years of experience driving a commercial vehicle.
• Hazmat Endorsement and Tankers at time of application.
• Valid CDL with brakes endorsement.
• Clean MVR is a MUST.

Responsibilities

• Operate vehicle safely at all times.
• Comply with DOT Driver Log and inspections.
• Verify loads and hazardous materials are secured prior to transportation.
• Ability to lift 75 lbs safely.
• Read maps or use GPS effectively.
• Communicate clearly and professionally.
