Job summary

Titus Transport invites qualified Class A CDL drivers to join our on-site team in Griffith, IN, delivering refrigerated grocery freight from our distribution center to stores across Chicago and Northern Indiana. This home-daily role features a 5-days-on, 2-days-off pattern and a strong emphasis on safety and customer service.

We offer competitive pay, with an average weekly pay of $1,850 and an annual W-2 around $96,200.

Qualifications

• 24 months recent verifiable Class A driving experience
• Valid Class A CDL & DOT Medical Card
• Refrigerated and Dry Van experience highly preferred
• Acceptable MVR/PSP/Clearinghouse/Background
• Demonstrated commitment to safety, service, and job stability

Responsibilities

• Deliver refrigerated grocery freight from the distribution center in Valparaiso, IN to stores throughout the surrounding area
• Perform product unloads with an electric pallet jack, averaging 3 to 4 stops per load
• Maintain excellent customer service by providing a positive and professional experience at each store
• Comply with all company safety regulations and Department of Transportation (DOT) guidelines
• Perform pre-trip inspections and ensure your assigned equipment is properly maintained
