Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A license.
• Clean motor vehicle record and background checks.
• Ability to pass a DOT drug screen (Urine and Hair Follicle Test).
• Moving Violation: No more 3 in the last 3 years.
• Accident: No major preventable accidents in a CMV in the past 5 years.
• DUI/DWI: No DUI's in a Commercial vehicle ever; no more than 2 in a lifetime; none in past 5 years.
• Felonies and Misdemeanors: Class A felony must be 10 years old; Class B/C beyond 7 years.
• Rollover and vehicle counts policies; up to 3 preventable accidents in 3 years.

Responsibilities
