Job summary

Titus Transport is seeking a Local CDL A Driver to operate within Hammond and surrounding areas, delivering refrigerated groceries from the distribution center to stores. You’ll use an electric pallet jack, handle 3–4 stops per load, and support customer service with a professional approach.

Qualifications

• 24 months recent verifiable Class A driving experience.
• Valid Class A CDL and DOT Medical Card.
• Refrigerated and Dry Van experience preferred.
• MVR/PSP/Clearinghouse/Background acceptable.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety, service, and job stability.

Responsibilities

• Deliver refrigerated grocery freight from the distribution center in Valparaiso, IN to stores throughout the surrounding area.
• Perform product unloads with an electric pallet jack, averaging 3 to 4 stops per load.
• Maintain excellent customer service by providing a positive and professional experience at each store.
• Comply with all company safety regulations and DOT guidelines.
• Perform pre-trip inspections and ensure equipment is properly maintained.
