Job summary

ASB Freight Co. in Windsor Locks, CT is seeking experienced Class A CDL drivers for a dedicated local fleet. You will return home daily while servicing retail locations throughout the Northeast, including NYC deliveries.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• At least 3 months of tractor-trailer experience
• Comfort delivering within the New York City boroughs
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Meet applicable DOT and company qualification requirements

Responsibilities

• Operate within approximately a 250-mile radius of Windsor Locks, CT
• Deliver to retail locations throughout the assigned service area
• Make deliveries into New York City boroughs (Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, The Bronx, Staten Island)
• Use electric pallet jacks during deliveries (training provided)
• Assist with unloading freight at customer locations
