Job summary

Salt City Trucking is hiring for a local CDL-A position in Louisville, KY with 100% no-touch intermodal freight and home daily expected after every shift. Shifts run 50–60 hours weekly, with night options and weekend work available.

The role requires a valid Class A CDL and a current DOT medical card, plus a minimum of 3 months of verifiable CDL experience. Hazmat endorsement is preferred; excellent driving records and mandatory drug screening are required.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL and current DOT Medical Card.
• Minimum 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience.
• Hazmat endorsement preferred, but not required.
• Solid driving record and clean work history; mandatory drug screening.

Responsibilities

• 100% No-Touch Freight (mix of live loads/unloads, preloads, and drop-and-hook).
• Running radius within a 20-mile radius of the yard; regional hub drops.
• Slip-seat operation with clean daycabs and containers mounted on bare chassis at ramp.
