Job summary

Universal Logistics Holdings, Inc. in Kansas City, MO, is seeking Local CDL-A Drivers for home daily positions with no-touch freight. You’ll operate Class A vehicles on local and regional lanes, follow DOT regulations, and report logs and deliveries accurately.

Qualifications

Class A CDL required.
Must be at least 21 years old.
6 months verifiable tractor-trailer experience preferred OR CDL school completion.
Clean driving record.
No DUI/OWI in last 5 years.
No more than 2 moving violations in last 3 years.
No more than 2 preventable accidents in last 3 years.
Strong communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

Operate Class A commercial vehicles safely and in compliance with DOT regulations.
Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections.
Maintain accurate logs and delivery documentation.
Communicate with dispatch and customers.
Secure freight when needed.
Report mechanical or safety issues promptly.
Follow assigned routes and schedules safely.
