Job summary

J Rose Enterprises seeks experienced CDL-A drivers for local Elk Grove Village routes out of our terminal. This role offers home daily schedules with 6-day workweeks, and 100% no-touch freight. Expect early starts and long shifts in a locally-based operation.

Qualified candidates have a CDL-A, at least 6 months of recent experience, clean MVR/PSP, a valid DOT Medical Card, and the ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen. Independent contractor (1099) arrangement with local routes.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• Minimum 6 months of verifiable Class A CDL driving within the last 3 years.
• Clean driving record (MVR & PSP).
• DOT Medical Card and ability to pass pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Operate local CDL-A routes originating from Elk Grove Village terminal.
• Deliver 100% no-touch freight with safety and efficiency.
• Maintain logs, compliance, and communication with dispatch.
