Job summary

Penske is hiring local Class A CDL drivers in Maryland. You’ll operate Penske trucks to deliver medical supplies to hospitals, clinics and surgical centers, with a typical 18–25 stops per week and home daily. Overtime after 40 hours and shift differentials apply, with comprehensive benefits and weekly pay.

Training and steady promotions are available across locations nationwide. Expect a Sunday–Friday schedule with dispatch from 8 PM to 3 AM.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid Class A CDL and be domiciled in the U.S.
• Non-excepted interstate DOT medical card required
• 1 year of tractor-trailer experience in last 3 years or 2 years in last 5 years
• 3 years DMV/MVR with <= 2 moving violations or accidents
• English language proficiency is required by federal law (49 C.F.R. 391.11(b)(2))
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is essential
