Job summary

Sysco is seeking a dependable CDL A Delivery Truck Driver in Lexington, KY to operate a tractor-trailer and unload/deliver meats, produce, frozen foods, groceries, and more to customer locations on an assigned route. You will build relationships with customers through a positive attitude and adapt to their operations to meet expectations.

Daily routes often allow drivers to be home nightly; compensation is strong with incentives, and extensive benefits including healthcare and retirement plans

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age.
• Pass employment testing.
• Valid Class A CDL with insurability standards.
• Ability to read and speak English sufficiently.
• Able to lift 40–60 lb, up to 100 lb repeatedly.
• Overtime, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate tractor-trailer and unload/deliver products to customer locations on a schedule.
• Build relationships with customers using a positive, friendly attitude.
• Maintain familiarity with customer operations to meet needs and expectations.
