Job summary

Herman N Logistics is seeking a CDL-A driver for a local, day-cab position out of Monroe, OH. You will run regional store lanes across OH, IN, and KY, handling 1,000–1,500 miles weekly with 5–7 stops daily and mostly drop-and-hook freight.

You will be paid with base mileage, store unload, and stop/backhaul rates, plus onboarding pay during orientation. Expect a daily home-home schedule with 2 days off weekly and weekend/holiday rotation as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months verifiable CDL-A tractor-trailer experience in the last 36 months.
• Live within Monroe hiring radius.
• Drug screening includes hair follicle and urine tests.
• Clean driving record (MVR) and valid DOT Medical Card.

Responsibilities

• Operate regional store lanes across OH, IN, KY.
• Dispatch 3–5 loads weekly with 5–7 stops daily.
• 70% drop-and-hook; 30% offloaded using electric pallet jack.
• No manual hand-stacking; pallet jack handling where needed.
