MAST is seeking local CDL-A truck drivers in Indiana to earn strong weekly pay and have home time every night. You will drive on local routes within 250 miles of Shelbyville, IN, with shifts typically 10–12 hours starting between 4 PM and 2 AM.

The role offers a sign-on bonus and orientation pay to start strong, plus a family-friendly work environment. Average annual pay is around $90,000, with a base rate plus performance and stop pay.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• 1 year of local or OTR CDL-A experience.
• Must have previous experience crossing state lines.

Responsibilities

• Operate local CDL-A routes within 250 miles of Shelbyville, IN and return home daily.
• Haul refrigerated grocery loads on established local lanes with pallet jack and some hand unloading.
• Work 10–12 hour shifts with start times from 4 PM to 2 AM.
• Maintain safety and timely deliveries while following the assigned schedule.
