Ruan Transportation Management Systems in Bismarck, ND is seeking a Local CDL Truck Driver for a dedicated shuttle. The role involves hauling dry van and flatbed trailers (including doubles) across North Dakota with a home-daily schedule and an occasional Saturday.

Compensation includes weekly activity-based pay: $0.58 per mile and $22 per stop, averaging $1,500–$1,600 per week and about $80,000 per year. Expect a 2 a.m. start and a Monday–Friday pattern with every 4th Saturday off.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 22 years old.
• No more than three moving violations in the past three years (some restrictions apply).
• No more than one DOT recordable preventable accident in the last three years.
• With the DOT Clearinghouse in effect, all applicants must create a profile at fmcsa.dot.gov before being hired.
• 9 months of tractor-trailer experience within the past three years.
• Must be able to read and speak English sufficiently to converse with the public, understand highway signs, and make entries on records.
• Additional qualifications will apply.

Responsibilities

• Based in Bismarck, ND, haul dry van and flatbed trailers (including doubles) on a dedicated shuttle for the customer.
• Run routes between customer locations in North Dakota.
• Be home daily with a Monday–Friday schedule and every 4th Saturday, with a 2 a.m. start time.
