10-4 Truck Recruiting is seeking a CDL-A driver for a dedicated lane that is home daily. The position offers stable weekly earnings with $1,500–$1,600+ on average and additional trip pay based on miles and experience.

Requirements include being 21+, holding a valid Class A license, and meeting experience criteria. Training is available, and a steady schedule with a daily hometime pattern is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid Class A license.
• 4 months of experience with one carrier or 6 months with multiple
• No DUI within 10 years if CDL-A holder, none within 5 years if Non CDL-A holder.
• No more than 1 on-road or DOT preventable loss in the last 2 years. No more than 3 preventable accidents in the last 2 years.
• No serious traffic violations in the past year. No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Night driving required.
• Drive CDL-A for a dedicated account with predictable freight and home daily.
• Commit to a dedicated lane and maintain safe driving and on-time delivery.
