Job summary

Penske Logistics in Minnesota is seeking Full-time Local Class A CDL Truck Drivers. You will drive late-model Penske Leasing trucks on multi-stop tire deliveries to retail locations, with home daily and a Monday–Friday schedule dispatching between 4:00 AM and 6:00 AM.

The role offers strong pay averaging $85,000 annually, a $5,000 sign-on bonus, and generous benefits including health care, retirement, and paid holidays from day one.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required and applicants must be domiciled in the U.S.
• 1 year of tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years or 2 years in the last 5 years.
• 3 years DMV/MVR with two or fewer moving violations or accidents.
• English language proficiency is required to comply with federal regulations (DOT).
• A non-excepted interstate DOT medical card is required or the ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tires to retail customer locations, moving them from trailer to receiving personnel for inventory processing.
• Count and verify the exact number of tires to ensure order accuracy.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with customers.
