Thedrivingdesk is hiring experienced Class A CDL Drivers for a local refrigerated grocery fleet based in Shelbyville, Indiana. This role offers daily home time, competitive pay and a $7,500 sign-on bonus, plus paid orientation and a strong benefits package.

Drivers will handle local grocery deliveries with 1–2 stops per day, averaging about 1,600 miles weekly, and operate late-model automatic day cabs here in Indiana.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 6 months verifiable tractor-trailer experience
• At least 21 years old
• Residence within 60 miles of Shelbyville, IN
• Meet DOT and company hiring requirements

Responsibilities

• Local refrigerated grocery deliveries with 1–2 stops per day
• Average 1,600 miles per week and home daily
• Unloading using pallet jack with occasional hand unloads
• Operate late-model automatic day cabs with modern equipment
• Maintain safety and comply with company policy
