Job summary

CrossCountry Freight Solutions is seeking CDL A drivers for a Denver-based route with a 2 am shift. The position includes operating a company vehicle between Denver and Pueblo, with local P&D on return, and a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Must meet DOT/regs and endorsements requirements.

Earn $36/hr ($1,800/week, $93,600/year) plus the sign-on bonus. Reports to the Service Center Manager, non-exempt with no direct reports.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• 21+ years old
• 1 year commercial driving experience
• No DUI/DWI in the past 3 years
• No more than 3 traffic violations in the past 3 years
• Hazmat and Tanker endorsements currently

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Delivers and/or picks up freight to/from customer locations and/or a terminal as instructed by dispatch or the supervisor.
• Ensures all shipping documentation is available for DOT inspection and appropriate paperwork accompanies the shipment to the delivery point.
• Loads and/or unloads a wide variety of freight onto and off a company motor vehicle, with or without mechanical assistance.
• Operates the Denver–Pueblo route with 48 ft doubles, transitions to local P&D on return to Denver.
