Job summary

TransForce is seeking a CDL A Driver for a home daily position in Thurmont, Maryland. You will perform local deliveries of building materials to new-home construction sites and return home daily; paid $30 per hour with a steady schedule and full benefits through TransForce.

Responsibilities include operating a day cab with a 48-foot dry van, loading and unloading with helpers, keeping dispatch updated, and providing delivery photos for proof of delivery.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL A.
• 6+ months of recent, relevant, verifiable CDL driving experience.
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate a day cab with a 48-foot dry van trailer.
• Deliver building materials to construction sites and unload with on-site helpers.
• Communicate delivery ETAs with project managers and dispatch.
• Upload delivery photos for proof of delivery and damage documentation.
