Job summary

Salt City Trucking is seeking a CDL-A local driver for a home-daily route around Indianapolis, IN. You will operate a dedicated local delivery account, typically 2,100–2,200 miles per week with about 10 stops, and a 5:30 AM start time on a Mon–Fri schedule with occasional Saturdays.

Pay includes a $1,200 flat-rate with a $1,500 sign-on bonus paid out in installments; freight is no-touch, with forklift unloading by customer personnel.

Qualifications

• CDL-A required
• Minimum 3 months of Class A CDL experience
• Clean driving record
• Valid DOT Medical Card
• No SAP drivers
• Must live within 50 miles of Indianapolis, IN 46140
• Must be able to work occasional Saturdays as needed

Responsibilities

• Deliver laminate and countertop products to woodworking shops on a local route
• Routes run between Greenfield, IN and Evendale, OH and back
• No-touch freight; customer personnel unload materials by forklift
• Additional freight opportunities may be available based on business needs
