Job summary

Ryder is hiring a Local CDL-A Truck Driver for Lewiston, ID. You will be assigned a local route delivering to Spokane, WA, with home daily and a schedule from Friday to Monday. Earn $1,099–$1,317 per week, plus a comprehensive benefits package and paid training.

Tractors are Day Cabs & Sleeper, with Dry Van trailers and a focus on safety and reliability. Qualified applicants will have a valid Class A CDL, be at least 21, and pass Ryder drug testing, road tests, and DOT physicals.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• Minimum age 21 years.
• Class A verifiable experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle: 9 months in past 3 years, OR 2 years in last 5, OR 5 years in last 10 years.
• Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements for the position.
• Pass a Ryder Drug Test and Road Test.
• Pass a DOT physical.
• Pass Ryder background and motor vehicle check (last 3 years) including drug/alcohol verification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver solo to local destinations on Spokane, WA route.
• Home daily with local schedule.
• Operate Day Cab or Sleeper tractor and Dry Van trailer.
• Maintain safety and comply with Ryder policies.
