Job summary

Velocity TruckingPros LLC is seeking a dedicated Class A driver for a local night/weekend operation in Roanoke area. You will handle local routes, unload freight, and receive a weekly gross pay around $1,450 with a $2,500 sign-on bonus to help you settle in.

This role features nightly shifts, weekend work, and benefits after 60 days. Must have CDL-A, 3+ months solo experience, reliable vehicle, and clean MVR.

Qualifications

• Active Class A CDL is required.
• Minimum of 3 months of solo tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years.
• Must have your own reliable personal vehicle to get to the local terminal on time.
• Available to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Clean MVR and clean background check; SAP friendly not required.

Responsibilities

• Local dedicated runs with home daily, night and weekend shifts.
• Unload trailers; there is pay per unload and per stop.
• Receive on-the-job training for unloading with powered equipment.

Dedicated Local Position – $55 Unload Pay – Sleep at Home Every Night

The Money

• Weekly Pay: Average around $1,450 gross per week.
• Transition Bonus: $2,500 sign-on bonus to help you get settled in.

• Stop Pay: Get $20 per stop on top of your miles.
• Experience Pay: Your base CPM is scaled directly to how long you've been driving.

• The Labor: This is a physical, touch-freight account. We provide full training on powered equipment to make the unloading process as smooth and safe as possible.

Driver Requirements

• Active Class A CDL.
• Minimum of 3 months of solo tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years.
