Job summary

Central Transport in Trenton, NJ is seeking Local Pick Up and Delivery Drivers to operate modern equipment and bring freight home daily. You will be the face of our service, delivering on time and damage-free while unloading as needed.

Ideal candidates have 3 months tractor-trailer experience; HazMat and Tanker endorsement or willingness to obtain within 60 days; an acceptable motor vehicle record; no DUI in the last 5 years; and the ability to pass a DOT drug screen and hair follicle test.

Qualifications

• 3 months of tractor-trailer experience or more
• HazMat and Tanker endorsement or willingness to obtain within 60 days
• Acceptable motor vehicle record
• No DUIs within the last 5 years (no more than 1 in a lifetime)
• Ability to pass a DOT Drug Screen AND hair follicle test

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Central Transport, ensuring freight is delivered on time and damage-free.
• Unload trailer upon completing daily route as needed.
