Job summary

A. Duie Pyle, Inc. is seeking a Local CDL-A Truck Driver for Pittston, PA. This full-time role operates a day cab tractor with a 48’ or 53’ trailer to complete pickups and deliveries to multiple LTL locations.

Earn $35.50 per hour with weekly pay via direct deposit and overtime after 40 hours. Benefits include medical/dental/vision and life insurance, 401(k) with company match, profit sharing, disability coverage, and paid vacation plus holidays.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required and Hazmat endorsement to start.
• Tanker endorsement to start or willingness to obtain within 90 days.
• Minimum 1 year of recent tractor-trailer experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older and able to read, write and speak English.
• Must hold or obtain a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card.
• No more than three moving violations or accidents in the last three years.

Responsibilities

• Complete pickups and deliveries to various locations.
• Perform lift gate deliveries and unload/load at stops as needed.
• Ensure security and safety of tractor and freight, following FMCSA rules.
• Build relationships with customers through clear communication.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
