HireNow Staffing is recruiting CDL-A drivers for a dedicated local fleet based in Casa Grande, Arizona. This opportunity offers daily home time and no-touch freight, with most loads involving multi-stop deliveries and live unloading.

Routes operate within a 225-mile radius of the distribution center. Drivers average approximately 8–15 loads per week, with 3–4 stops per load. Candidates must be willing to work any shift.

Qualifications

• Class A CDL required.
• Three months driving experience required.
• Willingness to work any shift.
• Able to manage multi-stop routes and communicate professionally.
• Willingness to operate slip-seat day cab fleet.
• Reliable daily commute to the distribution center.

Responsabilités

• Complete local deliveries from Casa Grande.
• Manage multi-stop routes within the delivery area.
• Coordinate with receiving locations during live unloading.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain driving logs and delivery documentation.
• Communicate with dispatch about progress and delays.
• Follow all safety procedures.
