Rodriguez is seeking a CDL-A Local Conestoga Driver for a home-daily local route on a dedicated account. The role offers a Monday-Friday schedule with 5:00 AM starts and 10-12 hour shifts, plus weekends off.

Earn an average of $80,000 per year with a $2,500 sign-on bonus, and enjoy benefits like paid weekly with strong pay metrics including $0.61 CPM and $23 per diem. FMCSA clearinghouse is required prior to hire.

Qualifications

• Minimum 9 months of tractor-trailer experience within the past 3 years.
• Must be at least 22 years old.
• No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years.
• No more than 1 DOT-recordable preventable accident in the past 3 years.
• FMCSA Clearinghouse profile required before hire.
• Must meet English language requirements.

Responsibilities

• Haul finished products on a dedicated local account.
• Operate Conestoga trailers with assigned late-model equipment.
• Secure loads and assist with unloading as needed.
• Follow Monday–Friday schedule with 5:00 AM start and 10–12 hour shifts.
