Northeastern Supply in Baltimore, MD is hiring a Driver Associate to join the distribution team. You will deliver orders on day shifts, assist with loading, and ensure accuracy of shipments while maintaining a professional and DOT-compliant operation.

The role requires 1–2 years of experience, a valid CDL A with clean MVR, and a focus on customer service and safety. Local position with no overnight driving and a broad benefits package is available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years distribution or driving experience preferred.
• Valid CDL A license and clean MVR required.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work from the truck.

Responsibilities

• Delivery & Route Operations: load trucks, secure items, verify shipping papers; deliver orders on time; record delivery details.
• Safety & Vehicle Maintenance: maintain safe driving record, inspect truck and equipment, keep documents up to date, operate forklifts as needed.
• Teamwork & Standards: support warehouse duties, follow policies, adhere to handbook rules.
