Job summary

Titus Transport is seeking a local CDL A driver to join our Lynchburg, VA team. You will run local routes with home daily, delivering dairy products to area stores, and enjoy a $3,000 sign-on bonus paid within 90 days.

We offer competitive pay, earning about $1,600 per week, a comprehensive benefits package, 401(k), and paid time off after 60 days. Schedule is five days a week with Sundays off. Automatic day cabs with 48ft reefers and predictable dispatch windows from 0500 to 1700.

Qualifications

• 24 months recent verifiable Class A driving experience.
• Refrigerated and Dry Van experience highly preferred.
• Acceptable MVR/PSP/Clearinghouse/Background.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate a Class A truck to deliver pre-loaded refrigerated dairy freight to stores within a 300-mile radius of Lynchburg.
• Perform partial driver-assist for unloads (some touch with totes and downstacking required).
• Check off freight at customer locations, verifying the accuracy of all deliveries.
• Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to maintain a safe, compliant, and well-maintained vehicle.
• Provide exceptional customer service, representing Titus Transport professionally at all times.

Schedule:

5 Day work week. Operations run Monday - Saturday. Drivers are off Sundays and one other day during the week

6th day of work available for those who want to earn more

Predictable Dispatch Times: Steady morning/afternoon dispatch windows between 0500-1700

Equipment: Well-maintained automatic Day Cabs pulling 48ft Reefers
