Job summary

Titus Transport is seeking qualified Class A CDL drivers for local grocery freight routes in Valparaiso/Chesterton area. You’ll be home daily with a 5-days-on, 2-days-off schedule and routes to Chicago and Northern Indiana.

Earn an average of $1,850 per week with a strong benefits package after 60 days, including medical, dental, vision, 401k and PTO from day one. Drive safely and provide excellent customer service on each stop.

Qualifications

• 24 months recent verifiable Class A driving experience.
• Valid Class A CDL and DOT Medical Card.
• Familiarity with refrigerated freight is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver refrigerated grocery freight from the distribution center to stores in the area.
• Perform product unloads using an electric pallet jack; typically 3–4 stops per load.
• Maintain professional customer interactions and comply with DOT safety regulations.

What You'll Do:

Deliver refrigerated grocery freight from the distribution center in Valparaiso, IN to stores throughout the surrounding area

Perform product unloads with an electric pallet jack, averaging 3 to 4 stops per load

Maintain excellent customer service by providing a positive and professional experience at each store

Comply with all company safety regulations and Department of Transportation (DOT) guidelines

Perform pre-trip inspections and ensure your assigned equipment is properly maintained

What You Bring:
