Job summary

Titus Transport in Conroe, TX is seeking safety-minded Class A CDL drivers for local, home-daily routes. Join a team that values reliability, offers strong pay and comprehensive benefits, and supports driver success.

You’ll operate pre-loaded refrigerated dairy freight to local stores, perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, and maintain DOT compliance while delivering excellent customer service. This full-time role features a 5-day work week with two consecutive days off.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Class A CDL.
• Local route driving experience preferred.
• Strong safety and service orientation required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A truck to deliver pre-loaded refrigerated dairy freight to local stores.
• Run local routes and return home daily.
• Check off freight at customer locations and verify delivery accuracy (some tote handling 20%).
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent Titus Transport professionally.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and DOT guidelines.

What You’ll Do:

Safely and efficiently operate a Class A truck to deliver pre-loaded refrigerated dairy freight to stores in the local area

Run local routes and home every day

Check off freight at customer locations, verifying the accuracy of all deliveries. Some touch with totes and downstacking is required (20%)

Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to maintain a safe and compliant vehicle

Provide exceptional customer service, representing Titus Transport professionally at all times

Adhere to all company safety regulations and DOT guidelines

What You Bring:

24 months recent verifiable Class A driving experience

Valid Class A CDL & DOT Medical Card

Refrigerated and Dry Van experience highly preferred

Acceptable MVR/PSP/Clearinghouse/Background

Demonstrated commitment to Safety, Service, and Job Stability
