Job summary

KEG 1 O'Neal is seeking a Local CDL Driver to deliver beverage products to customer accounts on local routes, with home every night and weekends off. Earn a $1,000 sign-on bonus as you join a team that values safety, reliability, and customer service.

You will perform pre-trip inspections, maintain DOT compliance, and interact with customers to build relationships while supporting sales and operations. Training is provided to ensure you succeed in a fast-paced, active role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–3 years of commercial driving experience preferred.
• Valid Texas CDL is required.
• valid DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate is required.
• Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Deliver beverage products to customer accounts on local routes safely and professionally.
• Perform route deliveries, product rotation and merchandising.
• Collect and reconcile payments as needed and maintain vehicle inspections for compliance.
• Communicate effectively with sales and operations teams.
• Represent KEG 1 O'Neal with pride on every delivery.

You'll be responsible for route deliveries, product rotation and merchandising, collecting and reconciling payments, performing vehicle inspections, maintaining DOT compliance, and ensuring every customer receives dependable, professional service. Drivers also help identify new opportunities in the market, communicate effectively with sales and operations teams, and represent the KEG 1 O'Neal brand with pride.Safely operate a company truck while transporting product from the warehouse to retail locationsUnload product deliveries to assigned routes.
