Job summary

Sysco is hiring a local CDL A Delivery Truck Driver to safely operate a tractor-trailer and unload/deliver products on an assigned route. You will build relationships with customers, maintain accurate records, and ensure on-time deliveries with a positive, friendly attitude.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Class A CDL and clean driving record.
• Must submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• Ability to read and speak English to communicate with customers and complete reports.
• Must be able to lift 40–100 pounds repeatedly.
• Overtime, weekends and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Operate a tractor-trailer to safely deliver products to customer locations.
• Unload and deliver meats, produce, frozen foods, groceries and supplies on a routed schedule.
• Maintain positive customer relations and meet delivery expectations.
• Adhere to safety, DOT, and company policies while on route.
