Job summary

Sysco has immediate job openings for dependable local CDL A Delivery Truck Driver to safely operate a tractor-trailer and unload/deliver meats, produce, frozen foods, groceries, dry goods, supplies, etc. to customer locations on an assigned route schedule.

Our truck drivers build relationships with each customer using their positive, friendly attitude and become familiar with their operations to meet needs and expectations.

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age.
• Valid Class A CDL with driving record meeting insurability standards.
• Ability to read/speak English sufficiently to converse with the public and understand highway signs and reports.
• Ability to lift 40–60 pounds on average and up to 100 pounds repeatedly.
• Overtime, weekends and holidays as business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Operate a tractor-trailer and unload/deliver products to customer locations on an assigned route schedule.
• Build relationships with customers using a positive, friendly attitude and learn their operations to meet needs and expectations.
