Job summary

Gordon Food Service is hiring a CDL A Delivery Driver in Asheville, NC. You will deliver food products to restaurants, schools, hospitals, and other customers on local routes, home every day. You will unload up to 100 lbs, use a ramp and two-wheeler, and build relationships with customers.

The role offers day shifts, a guaranteed weekly minimum pay, and a benefits package starting day one. Applicants must be 21+, have a CDL A, pass drug/background checks, and comply with DOT rules.

Qualifications

• Must have Class A CDL and be at least 21.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and handle up to 350 lb loads.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Pass a drug test and background check; maintain DOT compliance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food products to customers on local routes; build relationships with customers.
• Unload cases up to 100 lbs; use ramp and two-wheeler as needed.
• Home daily with day shifts, Monday–Friday schedule.
• Get paid base pay plus mileage, stops, and case delivery; participate in weekly pay and benefits.
