Job summary

Unknown company is seeking a delivery driver to run daily routes with frequent stops and to load and unload packages using hand trucks. You will operate in a cross-dock style, loading from a nightly delivery and returning the truck to the lot after routes. Occasional additional duties may be assigned by supervision.

Responsibilities include hand-truck loading, maintaining safety standards, and coordinating with customers for delivery verification and signatures.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Pass employment screening.
• Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record.
• Ability to read and speak English sufficiently.
• Occasionally lift 40–60 lbs and up to 100 lbs repeatedly.
• Overtime, weekends and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Run daily routes with frequent stops and loading/unloading duties.
• Load packages onto hand trucks and unload at stops.
• Transport items safely and obtain signatures from customers.
• Perform pre-trip inspections as per DOT regulations.
• Communicate delivery status and any discrepancies to management.
